How do I submit my photo?

In order to add your product to cart, you'll need to upload the photograph you'd like to use. If you have any issues, please contact us on hello@juniperstudio.co.uk

Suitable images

The photo you provide will need to be of good quality and taken in good light. If there are any issues with your chosen image we will let you know.

Can I check the illustration before you send it?

If you'd like to receive a digital proof, please select it from the product options. We're happy to then make any changes before finalising the product, but please be aware this will add to the time it takes to complete your order. Please also bear in mind that your response time to the digital proof will determine time taken to print and dispatch where relevant.

Standard Lead Times

All our products are handmade to order, including those with no personalised element, and thus have a lead time of 1-2 weeks.

Bespoke illustrations

Bespoke illustrations are dispatched within 2 weeks.

If you have requested a digital proof, you'll receive this in 7-10 working days and dispatch will be dependent on your response and whether any changes are made. With that in mind, if you are asking for a digital proof, do allow slightly longer for the process and let us know if you have a deadline.

I need it faster!

We've all been there... you've left it slightly too late or are cutting it fine for our standard lead times. Get in touch with the date you need your order by and we'll do our best to help.

In busy times, we may have to be honest and say we can't meet your deadline but we'd always rather do this than let you down.

Custom orders

If you've got in touch about a custom order, we'll agree a timeframe for dispatch in advance.

Royal Mail Second Class (usually 3-4 working days after dispatch incl. Saturdays) - £1.99

Royal Mail First Class (usually next working day after dispatch incl. Saturdays) - £2.99

Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) - £5.99

PLEASE NOTE choosing Next Day Delivery doesn't speed up your dispatch time, just changes the shipping method so it may reach you slightly sooner. If you need your order sooner, please get in touch before placing your order and we'll do our absolute best to help.
