Bespoke illustrations are dispatched within 2 weeks.

If you have requested a digital proof, you'll receive this in 7-10 working days and dispatch will be dependent on your response and whether any changes are made. With that in mind, if you are asking for a digital proof, do allow slightly longer for the process and let us know if you have a deadline.

In busy times, we may have to be honest and say we can't meet your deadline but we'd always rather do this than let you down.
